Show Supplier & Decorator 2026 - Liberty Expo Services

Our show decorator/supplier is Liberty Expo Services. If you received your log-in information in an e-mail they have an online ordering system here. They can also be contacted at (816) 891-9500. You can supply your own booth items but if you need items such as tables, chairs and more then Liberty is a great option. Your booth is simply your space with black pipe and drape (8' back wall and 3' sides) and Liberty can help with everything else except internet & electrical (the convention center).
* Material handing fees are expensive. Be sure to know the costs before you ship or receive.

Internet

There is a free public wifi system available at the convention center that will handle most basic internet needs including most card readers. If you'd like wired internet it may be ordered on OPCC's online ordering system (around $200) which you can access here. Choose "Purchase Exhibitor Services" > choose our Pinners show > choose & order your service. There is a pre-purchase discount and the price goes up the week of the show.

Electrical

Electricity can also be ordered through OPCC's online ordering system (around $75) which you can access here (after clicking go to the top of the page at "For Exhibitors"). Navigate to "Purchase Exhibitor Services" > choose our Pinners show > choose & order your service. There is a pre-purchase discount and the price goes up the week of the show.

Booth Design Rules

We are fortunate in Kansas and at this venue to not have a lot of set-up and design regulations. Here are a few show rules:

  • All booth amenities must be within the allotted space (nothing in the aisles) unless pre-approved.
  • Anything deemed unsafe in the opinion of the show organizer (such as tipping hazards) will be required to change.
  • Solid side walls on your booth may not extend farther than halfway to the front of the booth. This is so we don't block the view to each other as visitors walk down the aisle. Some shows have designated "full wall" booth areas.
  • The provided drape rods will support normal banners but in general are not to be used as booth support.
  • Helium balloons can be used, but only if they are attached securely to your booth. Please do not hand out helium balloons.
Scam e-mails offering e-mail lists for purchase

Several exhibiting friends have reported receiving scam emails claiming to sell our attendee lists. Please be aware these offers are fraudulent. These scammers do not have any relationship with Pinners or Bennett Events and they DO NOT have the data they are attempting to sell. Scams may also include fake invoices and hotel booking scams. Do not interact with these. Our emails are from bennettevents.com. We are a permission-based email sender. We do not share, rent or sell our email lists. Please be on guard! Spammers are known to impersonate employees and illegally use show logos.

Parking (map) and trailer parking

Parking is good at OPCC and free in many lots. Trailers may have designated spots. Please check at check-in. Default trailer parking is in the very back corners of the north lot.

Set-Up | Take-Down

Set-up is Thursday, February 4th between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Call or e-mail for early set-up times (Wednesday afternoon).

Take-down is anytime after 7 p.m. (to 11 p.m.) on Saturday evening. No early take downs are allowed.

Hotels

Please use our Pinners host hotels. It seems like not that big of a deal, but in reality is very helpful to our being able to continue to reserve the OPCC!
Our Pinners host hotels provide custom rates for Pinners exhibitors and attendees. These hotels are all very close to the facility and can be booked by following THIS LINK. If calling in, make sure to mention the Pinners room block in order to get our rate.

Giveaways & Swag

Donating swag and/or raffle prizes is a fantastic opportunity to gain extra exposure with VIPs. We will have a VIP party on Thursday night where we will hold a raffle, announcing the presenting company along with the accompanying prize.

Contributing an item to the VIP swag bag is an opportunity to get your brand and products even more exposure to this great group (please no coupons/flyers) and you can contribute for free! You will need to bring 250 items with you to setup Thursday morning, and we'll take care of the rest.

Food and Temporary Food Permit Questions

In order to sample or sell perishable or nonperishable foods & beverages, food vendors must follow the food guidelines set up by the state of Kansas which can be found here, as well as the guidelines set up by the OPCC, found here. You will also need a food license if you are planning to sell food in the state of Kansas for more than six daystotal in the calendar year. If you would like more information on this, you can read about it here.If you are a food vendor who sells regularly in the state of Kansas, please bring your license with you to the event.

Tax Information

The state of Kansas does have tax considerations for show exhibitors. All vendors must complete the Sales Tax Certificate and have a copy with them at the event. Here is a link to the certificate. If you have received this packet and are registered with a Kansas tax account number starting with 004 or 005, check the appropriate box on the second page and write in your Kansas sales tax number. Return the page in the envelope provided. Report your sales from this event on your next regular tax return. If you have any questions please reach out to Beth A. Pinners Marketing

Rates

Booth space is available by contacting Pinners at info@bennettevents.com. Booths are 10' x 10' and 8' x 10' and generally run $899. Bennett Events is a leader in connecting businesses with their best target audience.
