Our supplier at the Norris Penrose Event Center is KLS Produ tions. They have a lot of experience at Norris Penrose. You can bring your own booth items, but for standard rentals including tables, chairs and more these guys will be great help.
Your booth is simply a black-draped booth space (standard size is 10'x10' with a 8' back wall and 3' sides). The provided drape rods will support normal banners but in general are not to be used as booth support.
* Material handling at the facility can also be arranged through KLS. Please call or email them and ask for details as handling charges may apply.
Wifi internet for exhibitors will be FREE compliments of Pinners Conference! It should be good enough to run pretty much all types of transactions. Please test your needs at set-up to ensure it works for your requirements.
*The network name and password will be given to you at set-up. To insure the network runs well for all exhibitors, we ask that you please do not share the password with attendees.
You can order electricity from Pinners Conference pre-ordered (e-mail here with your request) or you may order at check-in. A standard electrical outlet is $75 for the show. Larger ampage available at a higher cost.
We are fortunate in this venue to not have a lot of set-up and design regulations. Here are a few show rules:
Several exhibitors have reported receiving scam emails claiming to sell attendee lists. Please be aware these offers are fraudulent. These scammers do not have any relationship with Pinners or Bennett Events and they DO NOT have the data they are attempting to sell. Scams may also include fake invoices and hotel booking scams. Do not interact with these. Our emails are from bennettevents.com. We are a permission-based email sender. We do not share, rent or sell our email lists. Please be on guard! Spammers are known to impersonate employees and illegally use show logos.
Parking at Norris Penrose is good and free. There is shared exhibitor/attendee parking immediately north of the main hall. Trailers are okay to leave overnight in the far corners of this space. For larger trailers (over 20') please check with us at check-in as we have a different parking area for these.
RV spots are also available on site near the main hall. Pinners take these reservations at $75/night.
Set-up is Thursday, September 24th between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Call or e-mail for early set-up times (Wednesday).
Take-down is anytime after 7 p.m. (to 11 p.m.) on Saturday evening. No early take downs allowed! Thank you.

Our Pinners host hotels provide custom rates for Pinners exhibitors and attendees. These hotels can be booked by clicking on the "Hotels" tab at the top of this page or by clicking here. If calling in, make sure to mention the Pinners Room Block in order to get our rate.
Donating swag and/or raffle prizes is a fantastic opportunity to gain extra exposure with VIPs. We will have a VIP party on Thursday night where we will hold a raffle, announcing the presenting company along with the accompanying prize.
Contributing an item to the VIP swag bag is an opportunity to get your brand and products even more exposure to this great group (please no coupons/flyers) and you can contribute for free! You will however need to bring 200 items with you to setup Thursday morning, and then we'll take care of the rest.

The Norris Penrose does not allow any food that competes with their in-house concession stand. If you are dealing with any food items (except candy bowls) you will need to clear it with Pinners.
